At Vincentius, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury garment isn't a perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the secure shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
